Frequently Asked Questions

We’re a direct-pay women’s health practice. Transparent pricing, unrushed visits, and care that puts you first.

1What kind of care do you provide?
Personalized, high-touch women’s health with unrushed visits and a focus on prevention, longevity, and whole-person wellness. Your plan is built around your goals—not insurance checklists.
2How does scheduling work?
Appointments are designed to allow meaningful time with your clinician. Book online anytime or request a time via email/text. Telehealth is available when appropriate.
3Do you accept insurance?
No. We are direct-pay only to keep your care private and independent. You’ll know costs upfront with transparent pricing and no surprise bills.
4Can I use HSA/FSA or get reimbursed?
Many patients use HSA/FSA cards. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
5What about labs, imaging, or procedures?
We’ll discuss options and costs in advance. If outside services are needed, we always try to coordinate with trusted in-network partners. We provide orders you can use at the facility of your choice.
6What happens after my initial visit?
Follow-up care is personalized—some patients check in monthly, others seasonally. You can always return for optimization, second opinions, or ongoing management.
